We ask for a one off payment of 59.99€ for the registration of all memberships. This allows our team to review your account, making sure we have all the correct and up to information we need on file.

After this you will be billed for your monthly membership. The price for your monthly membership depends on the amount of people that are included in your membership.

At this point, you have become a member and we will supply you with any assistance or information you need  via our call centre that is available 24 hours a day.

During your membership selection you will have the option to select a personal safety device. This is however optional. Should you decide to not select a device, you can always contact our call centre should you require a personal safety device at a later stage.

We offer single, couple & family memberships to start. Once you have picked the appropriate membership you have the choice to add a personal safety device.

If you choose to pay annually, then at present we are offering 12 months for the price 10.

All depends on the reason why the button has been activated. Of course we deal direct with the emergency services but we also hold your key holders, neighbors, friends, family and other organizations & charities.

Yes. They work from a sim card the same as a mobile phone. Your personal pendant works at home, whilst shopping or at the beach and should be kept on you at all times.

The more information you can supply to us then the better. If you have the security company or presidents details then we can liaise direct. Neighbors, friends and key holders can all be kept on file.
